I don't think Hue Jackson is a very good HC.
I don't think he puts his players in a position to win.
I think the Browns could pick up a good QB and completely waste him.
Just like Fisher did with Bradford, Keenum and Foles.

The player acquisitions the Rams made were super important to the Rams huge turn around last year.
Without McVay, none of it works because he knew exactly how to use those guys (except, maybe....at least according to some....Sammy Watkins).
