There's only one Barkely. He's probably the best player in the draft at any position.
But there's several QBs that have various pros and cons. None of them stand much above the rest. Beauty, this year especially, is in the eye of the beholder.
AT MOST, only 2 QBs can go off the board before Cleveland can pick at 4.
So what difference, really, does it make between Mayfield, Rosen, Darnold and Allen? Cleveland is going to get it's pick between at least 2 of these guys. It's all a huge crapshoot anyway.
Taking Barkely #1 is about the closest Cleveland can get for obtaining a sure fire star that will start immediately. They would be fools to miss out on him.
Take Barkely #1, then QB at 4.
But I have little doubt Cleveland will find a way to screw the pooch. They usually do. They'll give that sly Jeff Fisher grin and wink, and then do the idiotic as though they are smarter than everybody else (even if history says the opposite).
