His production has been marginal over the last 3 years obviously due to him not being healthy. However, he had 6 sacks in the last 6 weeks of the season and according to PFF was one of the league leaders in pressures during that time.
You put that late season explosion together with his past performances, and maybe that means the Quinn of old is healthy and back to his past elite status. If that late season production was projected over a full season, he would be underpaid at $12M.
A productive edge rusher is worth a lot more than $12M.
I'm on record as doubting the Rams trade or cut him. But we shall see...
