perhaps the Chiefs wanted several draft picks and Quinn....sound like they wanted picks for sure
Rams just didn't want to throw Quinn in the deal when they may get great value elsewhere such as a player or a 3rd rounder, etc.
either way, I see that he is gone as there were mentions of him in a trad package and his outrageous salary
