The first still Watkins is not open he's still in his route and not looking for the ball, If it was a deep dig or he sat down in the hole he would have been.
So I wouldn't count that one.

No kidding. He's open all day for an easy TD. From these stills it looks like Goff isn't even looking Sammy's way and if he's only readying quarters or halves, then doesn't that tell us that Sammy isn't the 1st or 2nd read?
Yes, it does tell us that SW wasn't the 1st or 2nd read. Maybe the bigger question is WHY wasn't SW the 1st or 2nd read?
