Not sure what your argument is.
It's fairly accepted that the big issue with Bradford was not talent but health.
With Foles the question was never health, it was always is he talented enough.
What most believe now is that Foles is talented enough to be a starting QB in the right system with the right coach.
He may get the chance to prove that next season.
And what if he does? What if he plays well next season in the right system with the right coach? What do we say then? Do we say he magically became a different guy? Nah.
