I was living in Scotland going to Uni at the time it was running. A best mates became the assistance equipment manager for the Scottish Claymores so we got to work the sidelines as ball boys and hangout in the locker rooms before/after games. (the head equipment guy was assistant EM for the Seahawks --- had some good banta - sound guy). After helping to clear up we all headed in for a big night of drinking around Edinburgh and later Glasgow.
But it was a great place for development especially for QB's. Off my head I remember seeing Kurt Wanrer (playing for Amsterdam, but was such a genuine and nice guy to chat to after the game when the field/stadium was empty), Jake Delhomme, Jay Fiedler, Kelly Holcomb, Jon Kitna, Brad Johnson and less well, know Jim Ballard, Matt Blundin, Kevin Daft, Clint Stoerner
also saw Donald Sellers, Yo Murphy (who was a really cool,guy) and Dante Hall!!
