McVay made some serious mistakes all year long; and he looked very, very nervous from the onset against the Falcons.Did Belicheck make mistakes in the early 90s as a coach? Probably; He certainly let his pride destroy some things, which McVay hasn't yet, LOL).
I think McVay is wiser than most, and will overcome many of the 'lost-genius' traits that kills so many micro managers. Being wise is more important than smart...imo....
