If McVay see's a "NEED TO FILL" position, then the Rams will go get it taken care of in FA.
Watkins, Woods, Whitworth, Sullivan, Webster......All FA's that came in immediately to fill a void for McVay to get this offense going in the right direction. Also, Wade got a CB he knew.
Soooooo, I think the Rams go get.....
TE.....Tyler Eifert (Cin)......A veteran, should come fairly inexpensive and we sign him to a Watkin's type deal...Stay healthy and we will take care of you.
CB.....We will sign a FA guy that can play CB in Wade's scheme.
CB.....If TruJo does not go for a "nice, friendly deal" then I can see another FA corner before the draft.
Then.........We fill the rest with draft picks....Allows for much more flexibility and creativity on Draft Day when holes have been filled, contracts have been signed, and you know that the guys in FA are "plug and play" type players.
