I have a very hard time passing on the Top 4 of that list because this draft is apparently filled with secondary help.
What do you Draft Gurus think about the Top 4 on this list for the Rams at #23?
Sam Hubbard is going to end up as a 4-3 DE. He is already 6'-5" 265. He was also was too inconsistant for me.
Rashaan Evans - I kinda like him. But he fits my mold of a big, athletic, physical ILB that brings the wood. My concern is/was that he didn't start full time until this year. Rotated last year. And is he better suited as a 4-3 outside LBer?
Harold Landry - He got his ass handed to him by McGlinchy and Nelson in the Notre Dame game as well as getting whooped by a freshman RT Robert Hainsey . He had his hand in the dirt way too much as a traditional 4-3 DE. he needs to be a 3-4 rush backer. I think he was a early 2nd round pick that will get pushed up due to Ferrel and Bryant of Clemson going back to school.
Billy Price - If you want him at OC yes, as a OG no. He has 1st round value as a C IMO.
Carlton Davis - As I have posted repeatedly, no ty in the first round. He was beaten by pedestrian WRs too much for my liking. He was beat in the Mercer game a couple of times. And yes I watched the Mercer v. Auburn game.
Josh Johnson - I started the season thinking he was a 2nd rounder and now if runs a decent 40 times (I think he will) he could be the first corner taken.
I would order your list:
Johnson
Evans
Landry
Price
Hubbard
Davis
