'All knowing analysis'...'being relied on as gospel'. I never said either of those things and thus they are straw men.

The NFL paying a few bucks to a ranking service does validate them as not being a joke. Paying $1 for a joke makes no sense. They're not gonna do it just because they're wealthy.

I've seen pretty much everything re PFF, good and bad. Some coaches don't like them, and some coaches like them enough to partner with them.

Either way, if most of the NFL front office decision makers subscribe to the service, that is some validation that what they provide has some credibility. Every one in the world doesn't have to like you before that can be said.
