If they do win the superbowl with Foles I actually DO believe it would be with a qb who ranks in the low 30s.
So that wouldn't cause me to question PFF. It instead would reaffirm my belief that wins are just simply not entirely on the qb. This of course is an old debate topic.
Obviously you want a good one but there are teams that are strong enough that they can still win with less than top qb play.
And even with the best qbs, you erode the offense around them and force them to play with subpar defenses (which also exposes the qb) and teams in that situation just generally don't win as much.
Heck even in 99, when Warner had Faulk, Holt, and Bruce, and a very much intact OL, they also had a defense ranked 6th in yards and 4th in points (and tied for 1st in sacks). So even with Warner in his best years, they were team wins.
