But despite what teams are looking for, there's a reason why a Bellicheck or Walsh or McVay only comes along every now and then. You have to be pretty lucky to get one of these guys before anyone realizes how good and rare they are.

But I don't hear any buzz about any of these young guys being mentioned like we started to hear about McVay when his name surfaced.
