ESPN, NFLN, etc. started to say it with the NYG (McAdoo) fire in Dec.

With that said, there is no "next McVay". How many teams have the balls to hire a 30 year old coach, and how many 30 yr olds are competent and experienced enough to even interview for a HC position?

We struck lighting in a bottle.
