I can see a budget FA here or there, like Sullivan was or like Robey-Coleman was.
But they have to sign Donald, Joyner, and (apparently) Watkins, plus a few other FAs of their own.
They have cap space to do that but I don't think they have cap space to do that AND go after some high market FA
Plus they don't need a high market FA. They've already done that with Whitworth and Woods.
I highly doubt they go after anyone like that plus they don't need to.
