I mentioned these two in another post, but I'll mention them again in case Snead is reading this. 
Mason Foster - ILB - age 28 - Redskins (played for Joe Barry when he was there). Stud when he was in Tampa, play fell off in Washington. A 3 down ILB. Currently rehabbing a torn Labrum.
Phil Taylor - NT - age 29 - Redskins. Underachieving and oft injured wide body. He signed to play at Denver in 2016, but got put on IR during training camp and Wade was gone the next year. Maybe Wade would still be interested.
Both of these guys could come at very affordable cap numbers. They made $1.2 and $775,000 respectively.
