Fisher never moved the team forward. There was always one excuse or another. It was this that or the other. However, most teams have to deal with adversity. I think the better coaches find a way to succeed. Not Fisher.

If you take the whole of Fisher's w/l record, you don't see a bad coach, you see a mediocre, below average, coach. The fact that QBs who were poor under Fisher, but blossomed elsewhere, is just another fact pointing this out.
