They don't explain the Rams getting beat worse in the second half where there were no Cooper mistakes than they did in the first half.

And yes, Cooper did play last week against the 9ers..........as a starting WR for the first time all season. Played 64 snaps, by far the most of the season for him. He certainly practiced differently that week because of it too. A change in process for Cooper just as for all the other players. You keep incorrectly saying it wasn't a change for him since "he played" but it most certainly was a change for him.

That's why I said Cooper(first half) and the second half defense were the culprits IMO

Watch the game again, you'll see exactly what went wrong a bit more clearly then just watching it live.

We all knew this was going to happen if the Rams loss, that people would be questioning McVay's decision to rest players. Didn't like the decision but definitely can see why he would do it.

I can live with that better then him losing Gurley to a sprained ankle or Woods to a shoulder injury or Donald to a knee injury in a meaningless game right before the playoffs. Most coaches would do exactly the same thing and I'm sure McVay got plenty of advice from his own staff and other coaches around the league.

You're diagnosing symptoms, not root cause

It’s over and done. Now a lesson learned.
