OK. But what about the other losses?

January 08, 2018 07:40PM
The Rams lost the turnover battle to Washington 2-0 ... and lost the game 27-20.

The Rams lost the turnover battle to Seattle 5-2 ... and lost the game 16-10.

The Rams lost the turnover battle to Philadelphia 2-1 ... and lost the game 43-35.

The Rams lost the turnover battle to Atlanta 2-0 ... and lost the game 26-13.

In the NFL there is an amazingly strong correlation between losing the turnover battle and losing the game. It is a unifying theory that is relevant not just to the Atlanta game, but to all of the Rams losses where they were actually playing to win.

You're diagnosing symptoms, not root cause

It’s over and done. Now a lesson learned.
