At 23rd there will- as there always is- 3 or 4 of the consensus top 20 players that will still be on the board. I think you sit and wait for that to happen and if one is at a top 3 position of need you take him. If not try to move back.
Last year's 23rd overall pick was TE Evan Engram. Also still on the board at the time were top 20-ranked players CB Gareon Conley, TE David Njoku, LB Reuben Foster, and RB Dalvin Cook. Plus edge rushers like Tak McKinley (top 25) and TJ Watt.
I think given what they have in place and their needs you let the Draft come to you.
