I have a gut feeling McVays offense isn't championship caliber. Legit playoff teams will have no problem game planning a win.
The book is out on this offense unfortunately.
I saw the Bucs D almost derail everything in 99' (thank God for Shaun King tho!!), it happens.
McVay went full Martz a lot this year, passing way too much, especially with a young QB who is not ready for that work load.
The other GLARING problem for this offense is how poorly they performed against good defenses. That was another good one last night though not the 99' Bucs for sure but add it to the woes vs the other top 10 D's they faced and you see that a lot of the window dressing does not work.
Also for those who think "anybody can run the jet sweep action.." that Tavon does, lol I saw Woods and others doing it last night and Atlanta just spit on it, not even flinching. Yeah Austin is not a good receiver ok, and you can't keep him for that reason alone but goodness does HE make a big difference in how defenses react to that play. if HE comes in motion and you don't honor it he will be out the gate in a hiccup.
