LMU93
I was skeptical of Barron in this defense but he's surprised me and played very well overall. Personally I don't see him as a 2018 release candidate. Quinn (either restructuring to cut his cap # by 50%+ or release) and Austin are and really, that's all they need to do salary cap-wise.
Barron's cap number actually goes down from here- from $11M this year to $10M in 2018 and then $9M in 2019.
I agree that Barron can play, 93.
But there are 2 questions about him in my mind.
Can he stay healthy?
And is his considerable salary the best place for our cap dollars with so many UFA’s coming up?
I think that both are legit questions.
