The fact that he played well in a 4-3? I ask because if you look at a prototypical 4-3 DE they're bigger, taller, rangier than him, with more weight in their pants.
Quinn actually looks the part of a 3-4 rush OLB. He also has that type of athleticism. Saying he's not a fit, I think, is not accurate. He just needs to settle in to this scheme and some of the differences, and you've been seeing him do that in the second half of the season.
