Which, arguably, is precisely why they won't
now. Been there, done that, fixed it.
One thing I can virtually promise though. None of that factored into their thinking. They can't make plans based on who they think their opponent will be, because that's just guessing. They CAN however weigh having the starters healthy v. being on the road, in general and in the abstract.
