to say the refs "Missed" the call is extremely misleading. If the Rams were told the proper timeout length, there likely wouldn't of been a call to be "Missed", as they would've actually been on the field. Its similar to complaining that your pass rushing DE was blatantly held on a play that was blown dead before the snap. Seems very whiny to me....and that's not even counting the offsides, which would've nullified it anyway.
