Jags trying regain momentum after loss to 49ersThe Jags quite frankly tanked it and dogged it Sunday after they learned they were now the AFC South Champs when the Rams beat the Titans.
Frankly they played like crap as they had a mental and emotional let down because they didn't need the game and it hurt them.
If the Rams lose badly to the 49ers on Sunday its going to put a dark cloud over the Rams until their first playoff game.
Logic says you rest your team for the playoffs but this is the 49ers who swept the Rams in 2016 and damn near beat the Rams earlier in the season.
I think the Rams need to think to 2018 a little bit and try to get some psychological edge by beating this team.
Maybe I'm wrong but that is my outlook. McVay has talked all season about finishing. Well is it finishing to not do your best in the last regular season game and to play halfassed?
