What I'll just call "team building" in pro-football is always interesting, aint it.

All i know is, there aint just one way to do it. There's been different approaches and different kinds of teams that have won it all. Contrast the 99 Rams to the Trent Dilfer Bucs. Ya know. Or the Pete Carroll Seahawks and the S.Payton Saints.

When i look at all the ring-winners one thing seems clear -- ya do need yer superstars. A Ray Lewis, a Richard Sherman, a Drew Brees, a Marshall Faulk, etc.

As to what else 'has' to be in place -- i dunno.

I do know Bill Walsh always used to say if a team does have a glaring weakness -- it 'will' be exploited. Kinda stating the obvious.

What do the Rams need to improve? Looks like they just need another good draft to me. More depth. And avoid injuries. And McV and Goff need a little more seasoning. And they need Brady to retire smiling smiley

Hadn't thought it in those terms, but generally I agree. What about AD?
