I have heard people say that perhaps Reynolds makes signing Watkins not necessarily a must. That in additiona to how McVay is good at scheming with the receivers we have. Also with Woods emerging the way he had prior to his injury.

The Bruce/Tory comments are hyperbole but of course imo
