News broadcasters or anyone in public speaking reading a prompter are not getting an unfair advantage over the competition leaf because everybody does it, and it is accepted practice. So I take some issue with that example.

not sure how one is to adjudicate the situation regarding the kill switch and reading defenses right to its threshold
