The 2017 Rams remind me of the 1984-1997 49ers....Came out blasting and never stopped when the played average or below avg teams. They didn't 'wait to see' what the opponent will do---they did their thing. The 49ers lost less divisional games against the bad teams, it seemed, than any other good team of that era.
When the pedal is on the medal in the first quarter, then the team is already 'woken' up.
As opposed to this are all the 1980-1986 Dallas teams that were losing the 1st half to bad teams many teams...then they 'woke up. Ya, you can wake up and beat a 6-10 team, but you can also lose. This year, it doesn't seem to fit the Rams.
Contradicting all I said----THe Houston game looked a little like that....but the Rams knew it, and adjusted.
