"Supposed to be" a win.
Team with a losing record, that still is playing with some pride (I thought they might pack it in by now ).
A team that we walloped a month ago 33-0, easy to believe it's just gonna be the same thing again.
A division foe with some hatred there.
On the road.
McVay and Rams will earn some extra respect if they show that they can stay focused on THIS opponent, and deal with them successfully a second time.
Take care of business.
For one thing, I don't think McVay allows it. He, too, has much to prove.
Second, there're way too many guys who know all too well the recent stench of chronic losing. One more win guarantees their first winning season in forever.
Third, they're only a game ahead of Seattle and haven't even secured a playoff berth yet w/very tough games ahead. The Rams know this.
Fourth, AZ is 5-6, not 0-11, having just beaten a Jags team that was 7-3, and the game is in a hostile stadium. The Rams know this too.
Finally, I have seen very consistent, strong effort from our Rams. EVERY game they play hard. Not necessarily well, of course, but hard.
They might lose. But I have no concerns about them overlooking Arizona.
