There been a lot of talk that the Dallas-Raiders game get moved out of SNF and the Rams-Hawks game gets flexed into Sunday Night.
However, I think the Steelers-Pats game looks good and is very possible flex candidate. They could flex that game before they flex the Hawks-Rams. Here's why.
The NFL has to announce the flex 12 days before the game occurs. They have to account for the possibility that Rams may have a 2 game lead on Hawks after next week when Rams play Cards, and Hawks play Eagles.
So it could look like this:
Week 13
Rams win and go 9-3, Hawks lose and go 7-5
Then NFL has to announce by the following Tuesday who they want to flex, Rams-Hawks, who may not be playing for the division for sure or the always popular Pats-Steelers, a likely preview of the AFC championship game.
