But you are absolutely right--he hasn't hit his ceiling.
He looks like he is
capable of becoming better than Everett, Bradford, Bulger, and Ferragamo. (And I liked all 4 of those guys.) In a different way with somewhat different kinds of skills, maybe an equal to Warner. A big test will be to see what percentage of times he can excel in late game comeback situations.
The question is, can he ever surpass Jeff Kemp? That's for history to say.
Well, Goff is now in such an enviable position. He's in a great system and has a good defense and has great special teams and has a fine fine coach.
Goff is good...but everywhere you look is also good. Its a
bunch of...goodness.
