That cap space doesn't include ADs new contract. If he gets 20M per year, it will take about 14M from that number since he is due about 6M next year on his current contract.

Also Tru doesn't count against that number, so his contract or his replacement's contract reduces that number. Tru or a FA replacement takes another 10-15M.

Are they going to sign Sammy long term? 10M....

On the other hand, releasing or trading Quinn would net 11M.

Still plenty of room, especially with some creativity. But not as much as it may seem.
