Inside? No, they have not. They have used "nasty" splits a lot, but Watkins is always on the LOS. There are times in nasty or tight splits and he's inside of a receiver is is off the line, but that's not inside in the true sense of the word.
Watkins is the X most often and he's on the LOS, never off.
And he's been getting open. the two videos do show him getting covered, but I've shown several where he's wide open. He runs good routes, is smooth and shows good speed.
