The bottom line, he needs to feed Watkins and Gurley and Austin
Backups and Tight Ends don't make the big plays
When I see photo shots all over this site of Watkins running free and they don't make a big effort to get him going, that is missed opportunity. I liked that he replaced Benny Cunningham with Gurley and Austin though on 3rd downs this season and that is the kind of thing that is needed throughout the team.
I get wanting to spread the wealth and team chemistry and not wearing down players and all of that, but I think he takes the unsung heros too far.
