Goff is more than capable of makng those throws and attacking in that way but right now he and McVay are working on the nuances of a new system and one that is not second nature to each as it is an adaptation of sorts a migration and a hybridization of both.
As Sean and Jared win each other over to the point that they are one voice and one set of eyes then you will see Goff exploiting many of the opportunities we have seen them avoiding.
I think this is all a developing process. There are moving parts on this team that have to come along as well and we have seen even they do not always get on the right path which could be disastrous.
