L.A.Rams
They did indeed get some good players, but there were numerous catastrophic selections with high picks.
Their percentage of hits is right there with the best drafting teams. If a team is hitting on just over 40% of its picks, it is doing well. I got that by looking at old drafts by the Steelers, Packers, and (back when they were drafting and playing well) the Giants
This isn't 2006-2008 where they were just plain bad. Nor is it 2009-2011 when they were just average. They have one bad pick, really---the #2 on Robinson. Not to make excuses but in face the spread is making it harder to pick linemen, so that while linemen used to be the safest first round pick, in recent years they have become much iffier.
The Rams had good drafts.
