Gurley's foot is OOB's, but the ball isn't touching any part of his body. Now, if you can find a still from a moment before that shows his foot OOB AND the ball touching him, then we have a story to talk about. The way that photo looks, since it doesn't show the ball touching him, is that the ball touches the pylon next, creating the touch back. While I like Gurley, he is definitely showing a tendency of fumbling, which I'm sure the coaches are working with him on and won't be put up with forever.
