He’s matured since his rookie days. Plus McVay’s “we not me” philosophy hasn’t hurt either.
McVay’s policy of quick decisions by Goff and targeting multiple players is a lethal combo. I doubt that McVay plans to change either. Persist with the heavy doses of Gurley both on the ground and as a receiver. Maybe incorporate a little more TE action as Everett gets more and more up to speed? That’s about it.
One thing is for sure. It’s working.
