From what I heard the Rams set the Capacity at 65,000 officially for the season because they did get some unusually large crowds last year
and it made the fan experience not very good because of the over crowded conditions. Remember we are talking about a stadium that was built for the 36 Olympics.
So, with 65 to 70,000 fans in attendance your still going to see lots of empty seats in a stadium this size.

It's nice being about to actually walk through the concourse area now to get to the bathroom and back.
60,000 in a 100,000 seat stadium makes it look empty.
I'm sure there will be at least 65,000 there this week.
