The Rams are capped out and can't just double his salary this year.
The contract would need to leave in place his cap figure this year and give him a hug 2018 number.

I wouldn't listen to Suh talk. How about we double your salty for this year and next? Just cause we're nice and you are good. That's where I would be coming from. 4 million this year and 12 next.
You just got an 8 million dollar raise and you'll never have to work again or want for money.
If you out perform all this in two years someone will offer you a new contract. Well negotiate then. Next.
