Yeah ,it seemed stupid for the Rams to even say he deserves a new deal . It put them in a box of their own making.
Now they just need to say we tried, couldn't reach an agreement so time to either come in and play out the year or sit out
it's up to you AD. This team giving him 20+ million a year is going to make it harder to sign not only their upcoming FAs
but compete for UFAs down the line.
