I believe Kroenke should be doubted. His teams' track record is poor - mediocre. He's first and foremost a successful businessman. My impression is that winning football games is 2nd at best on his goals. Personnel is policy and I worry that Kroenke's money-first approach bled through to the coaches and front office personnel. You can take the Rams pre and post Rosenbloom as an example. Also see the Detroit Lions as another example. The Lions are Ford's toy.
