Doubts about Kroenke

I wonder how true the reports of Kroenke forcing the drafting of a QB are? If he's that meddlesome, I don't like it. I thought he was the exact opposite of that. I'm not a Kroenke basher by any means but if he forced Fisher and Co. to take a QB(as a publicity stunt?) then even I won't hang that one on Fisher.
