A good throw, leading Higbee where he doesn't have to slow and then make a play just so a catch is possible, would have been a TD. Wouldn't credit Goff for a good throw on that one at all.
On the throwaway out of the end zone, he did miss a wide open Woods over the middle for an easy TD.
Two missed TD opportunities on the drive hardly constitutes perfect play by Goff.
