Is the first addition to this team since... well.. WAY back, the Fisher days... maybe back to when Linehan was hired....

That does NOT "ADD" time to the 'plan' for the team to come together? I remember a whole lot of admonitions, (some from me) akin to 'good choice but it's going to take time'. I just get the feeling this is the first move in a long time that didn't push the date to success BACK somewhat (always with the end being worthwhile but seemingly always pushing the 'plan' back a tick). - JamesJM
