I think you are right.

Will the Rams be Super Bowl ready this year? PROBABLY not! BUT....I see this team improved and more competitive. I don't see us fans saying "WTF???" week after week after week. Fisher would tease us with 1,2...MAYBE 3 good games a year (USUALLY vs Seattle) I bet we see a trend of better football THROUGHOUT the season. Not saying they'll be wins but I think this team has already taken at least one step UP.
