Looking at the above it's no wonder Marquez was waived. Good to let him have opportunity with another team as a special teams swiss army knife. Those last two cuts are gonna be tough.
I doubt he's cut.
Not only will he most likely be IRed, but now you can bring IRed players back during the season.
He may hold that much special teams value to them. He may not. But yeah chances are he gets IRed.
