I missed on McVay being CoY - I really had Zimmer or Pederson in my mind.
Gurley exceded my expectations. I did say he would be very good in the pass game. I still prefer Faulk in the pass game, and not just for catching the football.
I nailed the Prow bowl voting, I had all 3 right. Whit only overcame them after injuries and the SB.
Kupp wasn't a strong ORoY candidate. It was Kamara, Hunt and Watson getting votes. And he was for sure behind Fournette. He had a great season, and I have been his biggest and longest fan, but he had no chance in this draft class.
Sullivan did miss some time, but overall his back held up. The most under-rated signing was Nickell Robey-Coleman.
Wade's D didn't finish top 5. I got that right. PPG they were 12th. Yards per game they were 19th, passing YPG they were 13th and rushing YPG they were 28th.
Donald had a great year. I was wrong. I thought the holdout would hurt him.
Quinn didn't stay healthy, wasn't a terror and is a candidate to get cut...I nailed that one as well.
Barwin played well. Not great, not all pro, not pro bowl. I wasn't wrong.
I said I HOPE so on the Joyner/ Alexander combo. I obviously had some doubt. Alexander didn't last long.
I said I liked the Phillips hire and thought McVay was up to the challenge. i wasn't wrong.
I missed on the record and the playoffs. Glad I was wrong. Really glad.
So I got 7 or 8 out of 15. Not bad. EDIT - And I got Everett right, but he was a draft pick, so I should have gotten that one right.
